WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our home studio is located in Cumming, GA, two miles East off Exit 13. We shoot in the North Metro Atlanta area, but are always open to travel! Your fashion consult, hair/makeup sitting on the day of your shoot, and photo reveal and will take place at our home studio.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking early to ensure plenty of date options. We typically book 3 months in advance, and fill up our schedule rather quickly at the beginning of each season.

DO I GET TO CHOOSE MY PHOTOGRAPHER?
Tiffany and Makenzie photograph in the same style and carry the same high standards for all portrait shoots. Most of our seniors book by what works best for their schedule and we'll let you know which photographer you are scheduled with prior to your session. At times we shoot together, but we also have two assistants who accompany us on shoots when needed.

Since we are mother and daughter, have worked extensively to develop a specific methodology and style, and it is impossible for people to tell the difference between our images.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Most of our clients pay with credit/debit cards, but we do also accept cash.

DO YOU OFFER MINI-SESSIONS OR SMALLER COLLECTIONS FOR SENIORS WHO ONLY WANT A FEW IMAGES?
We do not offer mini sessions to our senior clients. We understand through years of experience and expertise that a complete senior session with us involves careful planning, professional styling, and adequate time in front of the camera to get warmed up. We are not going to rush you, nor do we want the time constraint of trying to "fit in" photos before your time runs out. Anything less than our complete process is missing the mark, and we commit to only giving our clients the very best.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, we do! We want you to have the experience of a lifetime and the perfect keepsakes to match, so we are happy to help you pre-plan your finances so you can get exactly what you want. Please be sure to bring this up at the time of booking and we can help you plan it out. For example, if you know you want to order a larger digital collection or products, you can make payments so that by the time your session is delivered, your investment is paid off! This is one of the great benefits of booking early! 

NOTE: The session fee covers all planning correspondence, an in person fashion consult, professional hair and makeup, our time behind the camera on your shoot day, and post-processing to edit and prepare your image gallery. It is a separate cost for digital and portrait collections. When you come in for your live photo reveal, you will have the opportunity to order digitals, collections and products.

WHAT TIME OF DAY DO YOU SHOOT AND HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?
Senior portrait sessions typically start 5-6 hours before sunset: 1.5 to 2 hours for hair and makeup, and 3 hours for photographing and traveling. 

HOW MANY OUTFITS DO WE BRING? WHERE DO WE GO FOR OUR PHOTO SHOOT?
We can talk about all of those details during your fashion consult! We also have a senior questionnaire and extremely detailed planning brochure that we send to all of our clients to ensure you get the most out of your experience with us!

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU TAKE AND HOW MANY DO WE GET IN OUR GALLERY?
We take lots of photos during each shoot, but our final client galleries typically average 60 images. You don’t need or want photos of your eyes in mid-blink or that awkward half smile. We only want to show you off at your best, and our discerning clients know that it’s about quality over quantity.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Our turnaround time from your photo shoot to the live photo reveal is typically around 1-2 weeks.  Products are ordered once the client has made all selections.
